All tax relevant data that has been digitally generated will have to be available for the duration of the mandatory retention period in machine readable formats for all three access methods (direct and indirect system access, data media provision). Pursuant to GoBS/GDPdU, it is prohibited to simply deactivate legacy systems and to delete tax relevant data.
